Ingredients

Scale
  • 810 slices salami
  • 46 thin slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup pepperoni
  • 1 link summer sausage
  • 8 oz smoked gouda
  • 6 oz white cheddar
  • 1 small wheel brie
  • 46 sticks string cheese
  • 1 cup Colby jack cubes
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 cup gummy worms
  • ½ cup dried apricots
  • ½ cup roasted salted pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup dark chocolate-covered almonds
  • 1 cup ranch dip, dyed green
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup fig jam
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 45 celery stalks, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup black sesame rice crackers
  • 1 cup pumpkin-shaped crackers
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1 cup pretzel crisps

Instructions

  1. Set the stage: Place your board on a flat surface. If using parchment, cut it to fit. Put ramekins for dips in strategic spots.
  2. Build the dip islands: Spoon green ranch dip into one ramekin, marinara into another, fig jam into a third. Warm marinara for 30 seconds before adding.
  3. Place the brie: Set the whole brie wheel near the center. Score the top in a crosshatch pattern and drizzle honey. Microwave for 45 seconds before serving.
  4. Arrange the meats: Make salami roses by folding slices in half twice and tucking edges under. Drape prosciutto in loose folds. Stack pepperoni in piles. Fan out summer sausage rounds.
  5. Add the cheeses: Cube smoked gouda and pile near one corner. Fan white cheddar triangles. Pull string cheese into strips and pile near green dip. Scatter Colby jack cubes in clusters.
  6. Fill in with crackers: Place crackers in small groups. Put black sesame crackers near brie, pumpkin crackers near cheddar, baguette slices in a row, pretzel crisps near dips.
  7. Add the spooky snacks: Scatter gummy worms to look like they’re crawling. Place black olives in piles. Arrange pretzel sticks reaching out of dips. Sprinkle dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate almonds.
  8. Finish with fruits and veggies: Tuck grape clusters into gaps. Fan apple slices near brie. Place baby carrots pointing outward. Lay celery sticks near ranch dip. Scatter pomegranate seeds across the board.
  9. Final check: Step back, fill bare spots with extra crackers or grapes, ensure dips are reachable, and take a picture before serving.

Notes

Prep all components up to 24 hours in advance. Assemble no more than 2 hours before serving. Let cheeses come to room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Keep wet and dry ingredients separate to avoid sogginess.
