This copycat Starbucks iced sugar cookie almondmilk latte is quick, easy, and tastes just like the holiday favorite. Made with simple ingredients like sugar cookie syrup, almond milk, and espresso, it’s a festive treat you can enjoy year-round.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Torani Sugar Cookie Syrup
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 shots (about 2 ounces or 60 ml) espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • Ice (enough to fill a glass)
  • Optional: Whipped cream for topping
  • Optional: Red and green sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee. If using an espresso machine, pull two shots (about 2 ounces total). If using a coffee maker, brew a small, strong cup—about ¼ cup (60 ml) of concentrated coffee. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Fill your glass with ice. Use a full glass of ice—don’t skimp.
  3. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine the almond milk and sugar cookie syrup. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of unsweetened almond milk and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of Torani Sugar Cookie Syrup. Put the lid on tightly.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. This aerates the almond milk, making it slightly frothy and well-chilled.
  5. Pour the shaken almond milk mixture over the ice. Hold back the ice in the shaker with the lid slightly open, or use a strainer.
  6. Pour the brewed espresso over the almond milk. Slowly pour it over the top so it creates a nice layered effect.
  7. Stir gently with a spoon or straw. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  8. Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

The secret is shaking the almond milk and syrup with ice before pouring—it chills the drink fast and blends the flavors without diluting them. Use unsweetened almond milk to control sweetness. Let the espresso cool slightly before adding to prevent melting the ice too quickly. For a hot version, heat the almond milk and syrup, then add espresso.
