A refreshing and colorful fruit platter served with a simple creamy honey yogurt dip, perfect for pool parties and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, washed and drained)
  • 1 medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and sliced into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes, washed
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons wildflower honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep the fruit: rinse all fruits under cold water and pat dry gently. Hull and halve the strawberries, slice the peaches thinly, peel and slice the kiwi, and cut the cantaloupe into bite-sized chunks. Ensure grapes and blueberries are washed and well-drained.
  2. Make the honey yogurt dip: in a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Stir or whisk gently until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more honey if desired.
  3. Arrange the fruit on the platter: place the largest pieces like cantaloupe chunks and peach slices evenly across the platter. Fill gaps with berries, grapes, and kiwi slices, creating color contrast.
  4. Add the dip: transfer the creamy honey yogurt dip into a small serving bowl and place it on or beside the platter.
  5. Optional garnish: sprinkle fresh mint leaves over the fruit or dip for aroma and presentation.
  6. Chill before serving: refrigerate the platter for 20-30 minutes if time allows to keep fruit cool and let dip flavors settle.

Notes

Use fresh, firm fruit for best texture. Slice fruit just before serving to prevent browning. Chill the platter before serving for best flavor. Line platter with parchment paper or banana leaf to catch juices. For vegan dip, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt and honey with maple syrup or agave nectar.
