A quick and easy no-bake cheesecake dip that combines creamy, tangy-sweet flavors with crunchy graham cracker dippers, perfect for summer celebrations and July 4th gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces (225 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120 grams) powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks (or Cool Whip as alternative)
  • 1 sleeve (about 1012 crackers) graham crackers, broken into dippers
  • Optional garnish: fresh berries or crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out of the fridge for about 30 minutes until soft and easy to blend.
  2. In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to whip the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until fully combined and glossy.
  4. Pour in fresh lemon juice and mix for 10 seconds to add a subtle tang.
  5. In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, being careful not to overwhip.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture in three parts using a spatula to keep the dip light and airy.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  8. Break graham crackers into sticks or bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a platter around the chilled dip.
  9. Remove the dip from the fridge, garnish with fresh berries or crushed graham crackers if desired, and serve immediately with dippers.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps. Whip heavy cream separately and fold gently to keep dip light and airy. Chill at least 1 hour for best texture. For dairy-free, use plant-based cream cheese and coconut whipped topping. For gluten-free, use gluten-free graham crackers or substitute with apple slices or pretzel sticks. Avoid overmixing after folding in whipped cream. Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge up to 3 days; let sit at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
