This Christmas charcuterie wreath board is a showstopper that comes together in under 30 minutes using a bundt pan trick. It’s perfect for holiday gatherings, serving 8–10 people with a beautiful ring of cheeses, meats, and festive decorations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 810 ounces assorted cheeses (cheddar, gouda, brie, or your favorite firm cheeses), cut into small cubes or slices
  • 810 ounces assorted cured meats (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, or capicola), folded or rolled
  • 1 cup mixed olives (green or black, pitted)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or cherries
  • 1/2 cup roasted nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)
  • 68 fresh rosemary sprigs, washed and dried
  • Handful fresh cranberries
  • Edible flowers or bay leaves (optional)
  • 2 cups assorted crackers
  • Baguette slices (optional)
  • Honey or fig jam (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Cut cheeses into small cubes or slices. Fold or roll cured meats into bite-sized pieces. Wash and dry fresh rosemary and cranberries.
  2. Lightly spray the inside of a bundt pan with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  3. Layer the base: Place a layer of the largest ingredients (cheese cubes and folded meats) at the bottom of the pan, pressing gently to reach the edges.
  4. Add the fillings: Sprinkle olives, dried cranberries, and nuts evenly over the cheese and meat layer.
  5. Top with more ingredients: Add a second layer of cheese and meat, pressing down gently to compact.
  6. Chill (optional but recommended): Place the filled bundt pan in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to help the ingredients set.
  7. Flip the wreath: Place your serving board upside down on top of the bundt pan. Holding both together, flip the pan over and gently lift it away.
  8. Decorate the wreath: Arrange fresh rosemary sprigs around the top to mimic pine needles. Scatter fresh cranberries and edible flowers (if using) for color. Fill the center with crackers or baguette slices. Drizzle with honey or fig jam if desired.
  9. Serve immediately or chill: If not serving right away, cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Bring to room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill the filled bundt pan for 15–20 minutes before flipping. If you don’t have a bundt pan, shape the wreath by hand on the serving board. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days; keep crackers separate to maintain crunch.
