Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries thoroughly to ensure chocolate sticks properly (about 10 minutes).
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or use a double boiler (about 5 minutes).
  3. Dip each strawberry by the stem into the melted chocolate, swirl to coat evenly, and optionally dip into sprinkles or crushed nuts. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheet (about 15 minutes).
  4. Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the melted chocolate, optionally add sprinkles, and lay flat on wax paper to set (about 10 minutes).
  5. Allow dipped strawberries and pretzels to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes (20-30 minutes).
