A quick and easy non-alcoholic mango margarita mocktail with a spicy Tajin rim, perfect for summer parties and refreshing gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced (about 1 cup or 165 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons Tajin seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional: thin slice or pinch of fresh chili flakes for extra kick

Instructions

  1. Place the diced fresh mango, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. Add a tablespoon of water if mixture is too thick.
  2. On a small plate, combine Tajin seasoning and salt. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass to moisten it, then dip the rim into the Tajin-salt mixture to coat evenly. Set aside.
  3. Fill the rimmed glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour the mango puree over the ice, filling the glass about two-thirds full.
  4. Slowly top off the glass with chilled sparkling water. Stir gently to combine without losing the fizz.
  5. Optionally, add a thin slice of fresh chili or a pinch of chili flakes on top for garnish.
  6. Garnish with a wedge of lime or a small slice of mango on the rim if desired.
  7. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh fizz and vibrant flavors.

Notes

Use ripe mango for best flavor. Blend mango thoroughly for smooth texture. Adjust agave syrup to taste. Chill sparkling water and glasses for best refreshment. Stir gently after adding sparkling water to keep fizz. Prepare mango puree in advance and store separately if needed. Fresh is best for fizz and Tajin rim texture.
